Diamond Package: Custom Single Point
We serve you as single point of responsibility for Convention Hall, Food, Decoration, Photography, Priest. We work with in our network of partners to provide you best services at cheapest rates. This is designed for busy individuals/nuclear families who want to reduce the hassles of coordinating during event. You will get one single bill with itemized charges and interact with one person of contact.
Gold Package: Bring Your Chef, Cook at the Venue
We serve you with Convention Hall, Decoration, Utensils, Cleaning. You bring Chef of your choice and ration to cook in our kitchen for fresh catering. This helps for customers who have trusted chefs.
Silver Package: Bring Your Own Ready to Eat Food
We serve you with Convention Hall, Decoration and Cleaning. You hire caterers of your choice who bring ready to eat food and serve in our dinning hall. This helps customers who wants to outsource food to caterers of their choice.

1. How to choose service packages?
The number of guests, your schedule, budget, personal preferences drive the decision. If you are busy and looking for reduced bill amount, new to event hosting, scrambling for vendors, engage in celebration rather last minute surprises, then go for Diamond Package. If you are particular about food and developed certain taste with your cook of choice, not sure about the number of guests then go for Gold Package. If you have less than 100 guests then go for Silver Package.
2. What is the Price?
Pricing is based on pay as you use philosophy. Number of Guests, Day of the Event, Composition of Package drive the price. Please contact management for exact price.
4. Can we bring Decorator of our choice? Can we bring Photographer of our choice?
No. We dont allow external decorators or photographers. We provide inhouse decoration service and photography services at very reasonable prices. Our In house Camera Person has over 30+ years experience and won several awards for his expertise in photography.
7. Can we bring utensils or furniture of our own?
No. We provide In-house Utensils and Furniture at extremely reasonable prices. We have utensils to cook food for 1000 persons.
3.Can you provide discount?
Yes. After the event, at the time of check out solely under management discretion discounts are provided based on the diligent usage of the party hall and assets. We also provide discounts for our Patrons in their subsequent bookings or referrals.
6.Can we perform Havan?
Yes. We dont allow Havan in the main banquet hall. Please discuss with management before booking, we make alternate accommodation and facilitate Havan.
5.What are the Decoration Designs?
Decoration designs are based on the event, typically Birthday is decorated using balloons, lighting, cut outs, canvas, backdrop. Similarly for Baby Shower, Naming Ceremony, Engagements, Marriages we provide flower based decoration. We provide theme based decoration for events. Please contact management for decoration catalog.
8. Can you provide previous night halt services to chef and catering staff.
No. We dont have such services. We provide such service only to the in house staff.
9. Can you provide two days/overnight reservation for marriage and reception?
Yes. Please discuss the finer details with management.
10. What are the payment terms?
We accept bookings on 50% of advance payment and rest 50% before 48 hours of the event check in time. We collect refundable deposit before check in and return at the time of check out.
11. Can you provide access to wheelchair persons?
Yes. We provide access to wheel chair persons and special assistance to look after their movement.
12. How many rooms can you provide along with hot water?
We can provide 5 rooms along with hot water. Please discuss with management.
